·        Optional: Text Chap 1 (This is a good Overview of data and statistics in business. Pay attention to 1.6, Statistical Analysis with Excel)

 

·        Read Module 1.2 Notes

·        Optional: Read text Chap 2 (pay particular attention to Histogram, section 2.2) & Chapter 7 (section 7.7- Sampling Methods)

·        Gather Data for Asgn 1

·        Obtain instructor's approval to proceed with the assignment. Email data, data source in Excel format. No need to send all the data; a few observations for illustration will suffice.

·        (Use WS1.2.1 for in class practice).
