Directions:

• Write a paper on an overview of a selected environmental problem based on one of the Chapters of Agenda 21 (from Chapter 3 onward) and support the arguments or positions stated in the selected chapter with examples drawn from the web. YOU MUST USE THE WEB RESOURCES FROM THE LINKS PAGE TO SUPPORT OR CONTRADICT THE AGENDA 21 POSITION BASED UPON OTHER MORE RECENTLY COMPILED RESOURCES.
• Both state or summarize the problem and give your reaction to it.
• You may, of course, use additional sources of information. Do you agree it is a problem? If so, how can we develop policy to move toward solutions. Make a case.
• Paper must be typed (double-spaced), 3-4 pages in length.
