BSC 1010C Gen'l Biology w/Lab I

The principles of biology are studied from the molecular to the cellular level. Topics may include basic biochemistry, the cell doctrine, the physical phenomena of life, elementary bioenergetics and biosynthesis, cellular and organismal reproduction and gene concept. The curriculum is enquiry based and fully integrated with a laboratory that emphasizes active learning strategies.
