I disagree Peggy. It's a requirement to maintain my job. I seem to be outnumber and I understand the rational, but what is being said that if the employer doesn't come through then it is the fault of the employer that I didn't maintain my license and my job and that is incorrect. It is my responsibility. Now, I wouldn't turn down help from the employer, but again that isn't their responsibility.
