Reading

Finish reading your Floridiana selection and write a 3-4 page paper regarding the relationship between people and the environment that the author wrote about.

• What were the character's connections to the land?
• How did they utilize the land?
• Did the environment and their relation to it play a significant role in the story?
• How did this book relate to your own"sense of place" of Florida?

  Floridiana Book Summary paper #4 due April 3rd.

Final Project

Seriously consider your final project this week. As an assignment, figure out what you would like to do and email me the description of your final project. Remember to read the final project description and assessment rubric for this project. This should give you a good idea as to what this is all about. Please email your ideas to me so I can make comments and send them back to you. (QUESTIONS? I'm just an email away.)

Reminder: Field Trip 4, Urban Sustainability summary due March 27th.

Remember to base this field trip experience on looking at the city or town you visit through the "lens" of the university degree program that you are in.
