An inservice by the cath lab to the floor nurses regarding
the different procedures and approximate time it takes to perform
it might decrease miscommunication to patients and families. Also,
sending out an updated schedule in the am if cases have been added on or
moved around because of emergencies. Forming a team of floor nurses and
cath lab staff to problem solve would be a good start
