This book was written by Ted Souppa and illustrated by his wife Darolyn Souppa.  It is based on his perceptions and experiences growing up as a person with a learning disability.  Ted is an Exceptional Student Education teacher at Tice Elementary Magnet School in Fort Myers, Florida.  He is currently working on this master’s degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, for which this book was a project towards.  Ted Souppa is the teacher of the kids in the Success Stories section of this web page.
