And although I do get some satisfaction from that fact, the truth is I became a teacher, so I can change the world.  I want to make a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities, like my tenth grade resource teacher did for me.  School is a better place now.  Where kids with learning disabilities are no longer treated like I was.  And I help make sure of that.  I live my life helping kids like me succeed in spite of what anyone may think LD means.
