I chose ans. 2 because I think the Dr. needs to let her know that she understands her feelings and letting her know that she would accomodate her next time would make her feel a little better.
: The majority of us seem to agree on answer #4. What makes this appear to be a better answer than the others? Also, if you don't agree is there something specific that made you choose a different answer?
