HOMEWORK HELP

Homework Now- So you forgot which homework assignment is due for tomorrow.  If your school has HOMEWORK NOW you can log-on and find out what it was before you sent to the principal’s office again or have to say the dog ate your homework!!!!  Students and parents can see posted homework assignments online.

KidsClick-This site is a web search for kids that was put together by librarians.  It’s awesome!  You can search subjects by letter, learn about machines and transportation, Weird and Mysterious stuff, Sports and Recreation, and the Arts.

Learning Network-Do you need a current event for school tomorrow but your little brother used it for finger painting-try the Learning Network.  Discover what events happened that day in history.  You can ask a reporter, do a crossword puzzle (Man are they hard!) or learn the word of the day. This site is sponsored by the New York Times.

Discovery Channel-Yes, discovery can be fun at discovery.com.  You can go on online expeditions, visit the learning channel, animal planet and the travel channel.  If games and adventure are what you seek try cyber safari and understanding the universe.   Don’t forget to visit B.J. Pinchbeck.  He’s a thirteen-year-old kid who has found more than 580 links to great educational sites.
