Entamoeba hartmanni

Entamoeba hartmanni. Trophozoite in fecal smear (iron hematoxylin stain, oil immersion). This ameboid trophozoite has a somewhat vacuolated cytoplasm and a typical Entamoeba nucleus with a punctate, central karyosome and fine peripheral chromatin.
