Begin your journal entries this week. Start making it a habit to read the paper daily watching the Discovery Channel, PBS etc., and surfing the web. Take what you find and include it in your journal. This works best by buying a ringed binder and the buy some cleary heavyweight sheet protectors and insert copies of articles in the plastic sheet protectors (along with a brief note with you thoughts) and put these in your binder. This way you can really build your journal up in a hurry. |
