| The first submissions accounts for 25% of your final grade. It will be used in the funding panel to decide which among you will obtain a 95% on your proposal, and not be required to submit a revised version. Yourproposal will be discussed and peer reviewed as part of the Funding Panel in class during week 9.  Upload your first submission into the
  appropriate dropbox on ANGEL.
