Overview |
This in an introduction to the fundamentals of
computers in education, information processing, and computer applications
with curriculum integration. Through lectures and hands-on lab
experience the student will become acquainted with word processing,
spreadsheet, database, and graphic applications, file management,
electronic mail, and communications. No previous knowledge or
experience is required. |

Extra Credit – any student who solves a
technical problem arising from any assignment may be awarded up
to 3 final percentage points for presenting to the class the problem,
the solution and the process of arriving at the solution. Meet
with instructor for planning and details.
I reserve the right to give up to 5 unplanned quizzes for up
to 20 points each, during the semester. |
