Reports of Student Progress Parents are informed in two ways: Progress Reports are given every six weeks or as needed based on individual achievement. Report Cards are distributed every nine weeks. Attendance and grade level ability are reported on this form. Letter-grades are used, based on the students' achievement throughout each grading period. Promotion to the next level is based on report cards. Parents are advised to contact the teacher when any concern arises. (See Grading Scale for grade explanation).
