PTA/PTO Meetings
Here at Sawgrass Elementary, the
PTA/PTO
meetings are held once a month. In the beginning
of the school year, a letter is sent home to encourage not only parents to join,
but also friends and other family members who want to make a difference in the
child's school. These letters are sent out in English, Spanish, and
Creole. At the bottom of the letter, there are choices of which day of the
week and which time frames would be the most convenient for the family.
Also, we would like to know if you would like an interpreter for the
meetings. If transportation is a problem, we can try to arrange for
accommodations. If you are interested in becoming an active member of the
PTA/PTO meetings please contact the school or simply return the form to the
school.
