Conferences Conferences may be requested by a teacher or a parent. Please feel free to contact your child's teacher by phone, email, or sending a conference request back with the weekly take home folder. Conferences may be done in person or over the phone for your convenience. Teachers will speak and take notes of your child's strengths, areas of improvement, and any additional comments. Conferences are ALWAYS confidential so feel free to speak openly with your child's teacher about your child's schoolwork, behavior, or anything that is on your mind.
