Write down every thing you eat for two weekdays and one week-end day (this will be used for your diet analysis project – three is the minimum number of days for the analysis – the more days you record the more accurate your data will be). You can print this form to use for recording or just make two columns on sheets of paper, one for the food and amount and one for the computer number of the food.
