  1. What is the significance of left and right brain differences in learning to draw? To play a musical instrument? To play a sport? How are these activities analogous to second language learning? How might classroom-teaching techniques take into account students' variation in left-right-brain preferences?

  2. Think about the brain based principles discussed in the video by Dr. Christison. Reflect on the way your students learn and negotiate language in the classroom.
