Strongyloides stercoralis

Strongyloides stercoralis. Free-living adult male (iodine stain, high power). Rhabditoid larvae may develop in soil or in cultured feces into free-living adult worms. This male worm can be recognized by its reproductive structures and its characteristically curved, short, pointed tail.
