Miscellaneous Intestinal Nematodes

Trichostrongylus species. Egg in feces (unstained, high power). The eggs of trichostrongyles are large (75-95 um by 40-50 um). They have a thin, hyaline shell and a germinal mass in an advanced stage of development. They closely resemble hookworm eggs, but are larger.
