Giardia lamblia. Cysts in zinc sulfate flotation concentration of feces (iodine stain, high power). Even at this magnification, the characteristic morphologic features of Giardia cysts are evident. Nuclei, axonemes, and median bodies can be seen with varying degrees of clarity in the numerous cysts.
