Module One  --  Philosophy

Welcome!

Hello! I know most of you are registered for this class, because it is a required course. Still, I believe that what you will learn in this course will be valuable to you as you perfect your skills as teachers. The information will be very practical in its use; however, there is much theoretical and conceptual knowledge that must be obtained first.

You should be advised that this course is generally perceived by students to be a somewhat difficult course. There are two modules in particular that are more difficult than others: validity and reliability. In spite of the rigor of these modules, students are able to achieve the objectives set forth in the course. Realize that this course will take some effort, but that I am available to help and that I have the utmost confidence that you will succeed!
