It would be nice to have at least part of the CEU's covered by the employer, but it's not too often possible anymore. Maybe the employer could allot a certain amount of funds to each department for an "education fund" Perhaps it could be used to bring in a speaker, or something. It would have to shared equally by the employees though in order to be fair to everyone. For now, I know it's my responsibility to get my "points" regardless of who pays for them.
