1. Use these "Parts to be included"
as titles for each of your sections.
2. Include a cover page with an appropriate
title, such as, Measure Project: An Evaluation of a test that measures
(put your area of interest here).
3. The cover page should also have the
date it was turned in and the names of the people in your group, last name
first, alphabetized by last name. Yes, you may turn in one project with
everyone's name on it, IF all members of the group agree on this.
