Entamoeba hartmanni

Entamoeba hartmanni. Trophozoite in fecal smear (trichrome stain, oil immersion). This trophozoite is typical of the species; it is small and has a typical Entamoeba nucleus. The nucleus has a punctate, central karyosome and a ring of fine peripheral chromatin.
