3) Mass Communications

Face to Face (F2F)

This could be between people, between groups, or between a person and a group

One or more people

Encoding
Organic, using thought.

Message
Simple or complex

Channels
Voice, with enhanced meaning through visuals such as body language and gestures

Decoding
Depends on the individual receivers

Receiver
Could be known, strangers, and unintentional

Feedback
Often immediate
