PACIFIC EXPEDITION SCHOLARSHIPS
$500.00 Scholarships are being awarded to interested and talented students for the trip to New Zealand and Fiji. Contact Dr. Stans or Dr. Fitch to schedule an interview. If you already have a university scholarship additional funds are available for trips like this. Consult your financial aid contact.

After Dr. Fitch or Stans has received the initial application, one of them will contact you to schedule an interview. At the time of the interview, you must complete a form from Departure Point Travel (available during your appointment). You must send it with your deposit of $350.00 to Departure Point Travel, 927 S. Walter Reed Dr., Suite 28, Arlington, VA 22204-2311, by April 6th. You will also receive the terms and conditions of travel at that time and can request information about scholarship funds.

Using the space provided, write a brief statement of your reasons for wishing to enroll in the FGCU Pacific Expedition during Summer A 2001. Please include any information you think would be of interest to the selection committee inclucing work experience, special skills, and ability to positively interact with people in a small traveling group.
