FAMILY HEALTH ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES
You are required to complete an assessment of a family you have been
visiting this semester. The focus of the assessment in this case is for
you to obtain pertinent information about the family situated within its
particular community context. The following guide lists important assessment
areas to explore when you make your home visits.
