2. Physiology to think about: (Submit complete answers in your own words to the following questions from Arking's chapter 1-Perspectives on Aging)
a. Explain homeostasis and the physiological changes related to aging systems.
b. Explain some of the problems with scientific methods of measuring age-related changes in individuals.
c. Describe 2 crucial things to be aware of when using animal models to study aging.
3. Plasticity:
a. What is plasticity?
b. According to Finch senescence is on a continuum with 3 general subdivisions. Describe each subdivision and find an example of each.
