  2. Discuss the historical trend of either technology, morbidity and mortality, or social welfare from the earliest beginnings of our health care system to today.

  5. Discuss the similarities and differences between the DRG and the RBRVS to include incentives for creation, operation, uses and overseers.
  6. Distinguish between formal and informal relationships in the workplace and list advantages and disadvantages to both. Why are these both important to the healthcare administrator?
