In healthcare today one of the major goals is for continuity of care for our patients. This means that for a patient the care they receive must be coordinated by all healthcare providers and organizations involved in that care. How do you feel that the key aspects of coordination must be addressed to meet this goal? What do you feel are the techniques that would be most useful in this task based upon your reading in the text?
Once you have gathered your thoughts, please post your response on the bulletin board prior to 5pm on Friday, July 21st. Also, you are responsible for responding to the postings of other students. All students must participate in the student webboard discussion for the week before the deadline to receive credit for participation. This will make it necessary for you to visit the bulletin board several times during the course of the week. Your participation grade will depend on the quality of your initial responses as well as your interaction and responses to the postings made by other students. Remember there is opportunity for extra credit points, but you must not only answer the topic questions, but provide added insight based on additional review of topic.
