STUDY ACTIVITY 5.1: Think about the environment of commercial stores (grocery, pharmacies, malls, etc.) and identify aspects that could make the experience of shopping by older adults difficult and even unsafe. Describe ways these stores could accommodate elders and the physical changes related to age that occur affecting their ability to function normally in the environment. Come up with at least one idea not mentioned above. 

STUDY ACTIVITY 5.2: Describe how specific products on the market (autos, stereos, food containers, etc.) could be designed differently to accommodate elders. Come up with at least one idea of your own that is not mentioned above.
