The Body & Normal Aging, Part I 

STUDY QUESTION 3.1: Think about the problem that is created by the many medicines in forms of pills and capsules that are so close in color or are the same colors. In a few short paragraphs, discuss possible solutions to this problem. Also identify some other areas where visual difficulty related to age changes impacts older adults and suggest solutions. (Hint: Ask an older adult what they have experienced).

STUDY QUESTION 3.2: Think about the impact of aging skin on the quality of life, since our culture puts more value on the young and generally tells young from old by visible characteristics. Discuss whether you think our culture wants to change, is able to change, and if so suggest ways for our culture to change.
