4 points	Satisfactory   and   Acceptable work	Answered all the suggested questions	Clearly articulate and reflect on learning experience (e.g., the things that I have learned from the reading/ discussion activity etc., are ...) and pedagogical limits for further development (e.g., based on my reading and the on-line discussion activity, I have realized that I need to develop further in the area of..). No spelling and grammar error.
3 points	Acceptable, but not satisfactory work	Answered some of the suggested questions	Lack of articulation on the expected accomplished work
2 points	Improvement is needed in the work	Answered one question with spelling/grammar error(s)	Analytical reflection part is missing throughout the journal entry.
0 point	Unacceptable	No attempt to answer any questions	No reflection
