Coccidians

Isospora belli. Oocysts in fecal smear from formalin-preserved material (ultraviolet epifluorescence, high power). Unsporulated and sporulated oocysts of Isospora are readily visible as elongate, blue structures. The sporulated oocyst contains two sporoblasts, but individual sporozoites within them are not visible.
