Dientamoeba fragilis

Dientamoeba fragilis. Trophozoites in fecal smear (iron hematoxylin stain, oil immersion). One of these trophozoites is uninucleate with the karyosome fragmented into four pieces; the other trophozoite has two typical nuclei.
