What's New - 4-19-2002
1) Presentations - A reminder that you should aim for about 15 minutes, briefly summarizing your organization and functional requirements, and focus on demonstrating the system implementation. You may use Powerpoint, HTML, or any combination of presentation tools you wish. I will try to open up the room early so you can test out your software in advance from there. I am looking forward to seeing the results of all your hard work!
2) Course evaluations - you should be contacted by someone from FGCU about submitting your evaluation on-line. Please take the time and effort to provide us with feedback so we can improve the course. I will NOT be able to see the results until after grades are posted.
3) Peer evaluations - I will have peer evaluation forms I will pass out on Wednesday and also make available on-line. You will submit these to me privately and individually, and they will count toward your individual grades.
4) Opportunity for extra credit:
I have created 2 surveys in WebCT (student_survey and group_survey).

Although they are optional and the content will not affect your grade in any way, you will receive 10 extra quiz points (to be added to your quiz grade total) if you complete both surveys by May 1. They are for the purpose of some research that I am conducting with Dr. Wynekoop, and your participation would be greatly valued by both of us. They are set up to be anonymous such that I will not know who submitted a particular set of answers, but WebCT will show whether you took it or not. They will not take very long and you might find them interesting.
