Welcome to the

EDF 6215 Sample Page

Learning Principles, Summer 1998

Mike Tyler, Ph.D., Instructor

This page is designed to allow students to review the work of others that has been identified as strong responses to various assignments. All samples are actual student work. In general, identifying information has been removed from this work. However, at times, students may recognize an assignment as belonging to a particular class member. Please do not publicly announce the identity of the authors of these assignments. If an individual chooses to disclose that a paper is theirs, that is entirely their choice. I appreciate your help in not violating the privacy of class members who may choose to remain anonymous.

These samples are not designed to be prototypes, and should not be seen as singular models of how an assignment is to be completed. Rather, they are examples of strong assignments which may help to clarify your own work in the future. In general, you will note that most of these samples fully respond to the questions or problems posed, that they are not necessarily limited to the information provided in the homework assignment itself, and that they are clearly written and well edited. You should also note that not all of these assignments recceived the highest number of points possible. In some cases, samples were chosen because they conveyed some information extremly well, while failing to fully address all possible portions of the assignment.

PLEASE- DO NOT USE THESE SAMPLES AS TEMPLATES. THEY ARE PROVIDED SIMPLY TO HELP FOCUS YOUR THINKING ABOUT POSSIBLE APPROACHES TO THE ASSIGNMENT.

If you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact me at jtyler@fgcu.edu.
