CASE#1 Dr. Blank should give Senora Verde the tooth if that is possivle. Otherwise, she can offer to safe the next tooth she extracts for Senoro Verde. To my opinion, Senora Verde probably have a different culture than others, she might wanted to keep every tooth of her for luck.
CASE#2 Pamela answer that Mr. Park is probably not very comfortable in English and can most likely neither remember nor pronounce "Giesele" Sometime English as a second languange it is hard to pronounce certain word right, so maybe Mr. Park doesn't want to pronounce her name wrong. Instead he just call her by her last name it would make it easier for him. Also on the hand, Mr. Park probably feels bad if he pronounce her first name wrong.
CASE#3 Mrs. Poitier is tring to convey to the nurse that one should always defer to the man as the head of the family. In my culture the man is the head of the family. The husband always make the decision as he wish. So in this case Mrs. Poitier culture probably similar to mine.
