: I tend to play a different game. At a new office or provider I see if they bother reading all the information I fill out. If they try to treat me like an idiot or child, then I kindly remind them that I do have some knowledge. I like to see how they treat me first, but I don't hesitate to set them straight if I feel they aren't treating me or my family right.
