The first thing that comes to mind has to do with the office people that work with the health care providers. I have had so many encounters with the people that answer the phones at these offices. Heaven forbid you try to question them! I think they try to grasp at whatever little authority they have. Though they are not the provider themselves, they represent the provider and some of them could use some additional training. Also in response to the "good" pt. "bad pt": Do you think that with our current cut-backs in staffing and the additional pressure that puts on us we catagorize more patients as "bad" patients than we used to? I think I do.
