1. Pharamacists are health professionals who help people to maintain good health, to avoid all ill health, and to acquire and make the best use of their medicines. Their Code of Ethics is to guide pharmacists in their relationship with patients and other health professionals. CoE for pharmacists is that the pharmacist prime responsibility is the good of the indidvidual and their obligation is to be objective and to put the good of the indidvidual before personal or commercial interests and to promote the individual's right of access to safe and effective treatment. Pharmacist should not discriminate between people and to strive to treat and inform each indidvidual according to personal circumstances. They also should show respect for life and human dignity of their freedom of choice of treatment and safeguards the individual's right to cofidentiality.

2. Over the years the Hippocratic Oath has changed drastically. During the B.C. it seemed like the oath was dealt with all the gods and goddesses. There seemed to be no charge to teach anyone the art if they desire to learn, but on the other hand if one wants to practice it would cost then a fortune these days. Instead of getting a second opinion they rely on their ability and judgement which can be scary. They mention " I will not use the knife.."We can see that in the present time one must use a knife to go into surgery when needed. The Hippocratic keeps to themselves if their are other treatments in regards to the life of another out there, but to think that it is shameful to speak out is completely different these days, nowadays we consult with our colleagues. Back in B.C. there are no insurance companies such as Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs or PPOs. (ouch) Thank goodness for those insurance plans out there. As we can see the changes made over the years are splendid, we as the people rely on our own knowledge instead of god's guidance.
