1. My father always tell me there is a lack of research and development in the pharmacy profession in Vietnam that influenced me to choose this profession. No career counselor has helped me on making this decision, mainly my parents influenced me in this direction.
2. Most likely yes I do see myself working 10,15, or 20 years although you do not know what will happen . I believe in staying with a job until I can receive enough benefits to help me retire in the long run to support my family.
3. I agree that their are unsatisfied employees out there. There are reasons that employees are dissatisfied by the lack of help one person has by giving them too many responsibilities while others wants to kick back and relax, especially when your co-workers aren't fond of each other and do not look out for one another, and the
ethical and moral issues that occurs in a situation. Satisfaction is the benefits you accumulate over a period of time and vacation time. Also when working in a health profession the satisfaction that you are helping society educating the people with your knowledge.
