: : : : : : : : Do you agree with the % of unstisfied employees at stated in the 1995 N.A.A.S.? give exasmples of job sastaction/dissatisfaction in your own workplace.

: : : : : : : I do agree with the study. I believe that the changes occurring in healthcare are making it more and more difficult for people to feel good about the work/care that they provide. also, the salaries in this market are way below the national average.

: : : : : : Not just the maoney but also the work environment too.

: : : : : Staff feel that they cannot porvide the quality of care due to the desire to cut costs by reducing staff and doing more with less
: : : : I think the work environment affects me more than the money. We'd all like to make more money, but its no always possible.
: YEs definitely the work environment of course everyone would love to make more $$$$ then they can.
: : : I agree w/ u, i rather work in a better condition for less $

: : I know I would like more money, that would make our working conditions easier to take.
: : I aalso agreee with the surrvey.

Even though I am not yet working yet I tend to agree with the study. I see a lot of unhappy workers in my clinicals. It has also been my experience that you have to be happy in what you do -- money comes second. If you hate going to work every day, no amount of money is going to make you feel happy. Well - almost no amount.
