: I agree with the information provided. There are several reasons and most have been mentioned by everyone in this class. One of the main reason is not knowing what tomorrow will bring. The changes have been so rapid and so dramatic that there is no time to process what has just occurred. Staff in all departments in the hospital settings are feeling the crunch of more production with less resources.
