Satisfaction- making a patient feel more at ease with their current situation, offering comfort and a smile to a wooried family, having a day go smoothly while aaccomplishing a great deal of work. Dissatisfaction- mandatory overtime, short staffing, Dr. complaining when they don't have a leg to stand on after the was they act, lack of leadership, inconsistancy in leadership.
isn't it rewarding when we know we did a good deed, making patients feel better and feel at ease. talking about short staff or over staff but no one wants to work and put it all on you- what a tough life huh you win some you lose some
