Satisfaction- making a patient feel more at ease with their current situation, offering comfort and a smile to a wooried family, having a day go smoothly while aaccomplishing a great deal of work. Dissatisfaction- mandatory overtime, short staffing, Dr. complaining when they don't have a leg to stand on after the was they act, lack of leadership, inconsistancy in leadership.
That is how i feel to marilyn, stronly in the upper management cause job satisfaction or dissatistaction
