1. I was born in a family that dealt with business from generation to generation, that is how I was able to conclude my decision. I have counseling in high school but mainly influence me to this profession is my parents.
2. Yes, I can see myself in the same profession in the next 5 to 10 years but hopefully would more up to a higher management position.
3. Yes, I agree with the unsatisfied employees survey in 1995. To my opinion, not just the money that make employees unsatisfied but also the lack of leadership. In my work place i notice that the job satisfaction/unsatisfaction come from management mishandling schedule, personel and work condition.
