1. Examples of stress reduction that I personally experienced is taking Martial Arts. This helps me reduce strees in many ways by kicking and punching the bag constantly and I also enjoy doing full contact sparring that keeps me from going crazy. I find these techniques very effective and also having stress balls available are
also a great way of stress reduction and effective too.
2. Stress activities to think about: Every day there would be a thought for a day to keep the workers motivated
Sunday- Have a (friends & family day) picnic out at the beach or lake do some fishing, swimming, boating. But no work talk if you do u will get throw into the water.
Monday- During break time go outside and play games limbo, board games, have a kicking bag up and post whoever's face you would like to take your stress out on or can also use a dart board. (No comments about why their picture is on there)!
Tuesday- Get together and do breathing techniques and group exercises (run in place yell out and say "HOW IS EVERYONE FEELING TODAY?" and the response should be "TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!", sit-ups, push-ups, proper stretches -a good one would be to have 3 people involved the person being stretch out lays down while one person is holding their ankles and the other person holding their wrists and pulling their ankles and wrist
slowly
Wednesday- Turn the AC down we dont want it to hot where we can't think and set your mind to positive thinking (focus) while working or when meditating no disturbances.(soft classical in background)
Thursday- "PIG OUT" each worker would bring a covered dish and enjoy lunch together
Friday- Take naps and time out from work
Saturday- Each member brings their own pillow and have a pillow fight
